Career Compass of Learning Events is into helping high school students in choosing a career based on their passion, intelligence and skills which are either hidden or most of them are unaware and not sure.
Career Compass has created this career fitment assessment based on Howard Gardener’s Multiple Intelligence Theory created in 1974 and J. Holland’s Occupational Intelligence Theories created in 1985. Assessment are created reflecting today’s socio-economic and cultural developments.
Career Compass gives you a single report clubbing the results of 2 tests viz., M I (multiple intelligence) and O I I (occupational interest inventory) tests. This gives an advantage of being doubly sure of your primary intelligences and interests

He has been a mentor to several working professionals and students of professional courses, he is also known to help organizations and academic institutes to build and grow to a sustainable levels.

K Sai Kumar

K Sai Kumar is a Parenting and Career Guidance Coach. He has trained, counseled and coached many students and parents for the last 10 years. He has worked as a Mentor at Abhyasa Schools.

He holds a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Osmania University and Certified NLP and DISC Personality Assessor.

Sangameshwar A has Masters in Pyschology and has been counseling many children, teenagers and adults on behavioral issues. He has counselled and trained around 10000 professionals on behavioural improvements.

She specializes in creating customized learning plans basing on the children’s learning styles and comprehension. Sanjay Varma a marketing graduate with 20 years of sales, executive education and operations experience. He has been a learning catalyst and has strong understanding of adult learning and built many learning retention strategies for adult learning.

Shyam Sunder Reddy an MBA graduate from Findley Univ, USA. He is an experienced L&D professional and has done research over the years in understanding high school goers mindset in making decisions especially about careers.

OII - Occupational Interest Inventory

Occupational Interest Inventory – OII is used to measure 12 dimensions of occupational interest, which are grouped in 6 categories named R I A S E C – Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. Each of this category measures the Interpersonal, Creative, Leadership, Follower, Kinesthetic, Logical skills of each individual. This test measures the strong interests of an individual and suggests careers/jobs that they most likely enjoy working. Result is based on the answers they choose while taking test.
